Digital service — nothing is shipped

AILexityTedo is an online platform. Everything we sell — Pro and Pro+ plans, TedoGrowth and TedoGrowth+ company plans, and Post, Job and Profile Boosts — is a digital service delivered to your AILexityTedo account. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped to an address, so no shipping charges apply.

When you get access

• Plans: active on your account immediately after the payment succeeds, on the website and in the Android app.
• Boosts: start right away and run for the length you bought (48 hours or 7 days; Profile Boost 3 days).
• A payment receipt is emailed to your registered email address.

If access does not start

If your plan or boost is not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email tedo@ailexitytedo.com with your registered email and the payment ID. We will look into it and activate it. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
