Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AILexityTedo, operated by Ailexity Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a professional tech networking platform based in India.

These Terms apply to all users — personal accounts, company accounts, and visitors browsing the platform. They govern your use of all features including posts, jobs, Team+, Ask Tedo, Verified Builds, direct messages, and subscriptions. Last updated: 27 September 2026.

Eligibility

To use AILexityTedo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times.
• Not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from the platform.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not be prohibited from using online services under any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. Misrepresenting your age or identity during registration is a violation of these Terms.

Account Responsibility

When you create an account on AILexityTedo:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at tedo@ailexitytedo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not share, transfer, sell, or lend your account to any other person.
• Each individual or company may maintain only one active account unless explicitly permitted by us in writing.
• Creating duplicate or "throwaway" accounts to evade a ban or suspension is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to the platform or its users.

Acceptable Use

AILexityTedo is a professional networking platform for the tech community. You agree to use the platform only for lawful, professional, and community-appropriate purposes.

The platform is built on trust and authenticity. Any use that undermines these values is considered a violation of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on AILexityTedo. Violations are actioned immediately and without prior notice.

Violations result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion. Criminal violations will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Content Integrity & Misinformation Policy

AILexityTedo is a platform built on real work, real people, and real achievements. We take content integrity seriously. The following rules apply to all content posted on the platform:

No Fake News or Unverified Claims

You must not post content that presents speculation, rumours, or unverified information as established fact — particularly regarding companies, technologies, products, or individuals. If you are sharing an opinion or an unverified claim, it must be clearly labelled as such.

No Fabricated Technical Content

All technical content — code snippets, architecture diagrams, benchmark results, security disclosures — must be genuine. Sharing fabricated benchmarks, fake CVEs, or invented technical findings is a violation of these Terms.

Disclosure of AI-Generated Content

If you use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to generate substantial portions of a post, blueprint, or Verified Build submission, you must disclose this clearly. Presenting entirely AI-generated work as your own original contribution — especially for Verified Builds — is treated as fraud under these Terms.

No Coordinated Inauthentic Behaviour

Operating multiple accounts, using bots, or coordinating with others to artificially amplify content (fake likes, manufactured trending, vote brigading) undermines the integrity of the platform and is strictly prohibited.

Community Standards

Beyond what is legally prohibited, we expect all members of AILexityTedo to uphold the following community standards to keep the platform valuable for everyone:

• Be genuine. Share real work, real experience, and real opinions. The platform's value comes from authenticity.
• Be constructive. Criticism and disagreement are welcome — personal attacks are not. Challenge ideas, not people.
• Be accurate. If you're not sure about something, say so. Don't present guesses as facts.
• Respect privacy. Don't share screenshots of private conversations, DMs, or personal information shared in confidence.
• Credit others. If you share someone else's work, idea, or code — give proper credit. Plagiarism is not tolerated.
• Keep it professional. While casual conversation is welcome, this is a professional community. Content should be appropriate for a workplace setting.
• No self-promotion spam. Occasional promotion of your own projects is welcome; repeated promotional posts with no community value are not.

These standards apply to all forms of expression on the platform — posts, comments, messages, profile information, and job listings.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on AILexityTedo ("User Content"). By posting content, you grant Ailexity Technology Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and for marketing purposes (e.g. showcasing featured builds).

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to share all content you post.
• Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Your content is genuine, accurate, and complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
• You have obtained necessary consent before posting information about, or images of, other individuals.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms at any time without prior notice. Repeated violations will result in account suspension.

Job Postings & Hiring Integrity

AILexityTedo allows verified companies to post job openings and recruit technical talent. All job postings must meet the following standards:

• A company account must complete company verification (company name, CIN and supporting documents such as PAN, GST or the Certificate of Incorporation) before it can post a job. Buying a company plan does not require verification; posting a job does.
• Job postings must represent real, currently open positions at a legitimate, registered organisation.
• Salary ranges, role descriptions, and required qualifications must be accurate and not misleading.
• Companies may not post jobs with the intent to collect personal information or resumes without genuine hiring intent.
• Posting jobs that require applicants to pay any fee (training fees, equipment deposits, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
• Companies must not discriminate in job postings based on caste, religion, gender, age, disability, or any characteristic protected under applicable Indian law.
• Fake or ghost job postings — used to build a talent pipeline without imminent intent to hire — are a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove any job posting and revoke company hiring privileges without notice if we determine a violation has occurred.

Verified Builds & Blueprints

AILexityTedo offers community-based verification for projects ("Verified Builds") and technical project documentation ("Blueprints"). These features are subject to the following standards:

• All Verified Build submissions must represent real, functional projects that you built or significantly contributed to.
• Submitting false, fabricated, or AI-generated builds as your own work is fraud under these Terms and may result in permanent account termination.
• Plagiarising another person's open-source project and submitting it as your own is a copyright violation and Terms violation.
• Verified Build badges may be revoked at any time if the underlying project is found to be misrepresented, taken down, or no longer functional.
• Community verifiers are expected to review builds in good faith and may not accept verification requests in exchange for payment or favours.
• Verification is a community-based assessment and does not constitute a formal endorsement by Ailexity Technology Pvt. Ltd.

Leaderboard & Points

The AILexityTedo leaderboard and points system ("Ranks") are designed to reward genuine contributions to the tech community. You agree that you will not:

• Artificially inflate your rank through coordinated engagement, bots, fake accounts, or vote brigading.
• Create multiple accounts to generate referral points or bonus points.
• Manipulate the leaderboard system in any way not intended by normal, authentic platform use.
• Incentivise others with money, gifts, or favours to like, brainwave, or repost your content.

We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove points and ranks at our discretion if manipulation is detected. Points and ranks hold no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred under any circumstances.

Subscriptions & Payments

AILexityTedo offers paid subscription plans for individuals (Pro, Pro+) and companies (TedoGrowth, TedoGrowth+). The following terms govern all paid subscriptions:

• Purchases on the website are processed securely via Razorpay. Purchases inside the Android app are billed by Google Play under Google Play's terms. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual cycle, as selected at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions bought in the Android app renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel them in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Plans bought on the website are paid for one billing period at a time.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — from Settings for website plans, or from Google Play for app plans. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused days.
• Plan features are subject to the fair use limits described in the plan details at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle, not the current one.
• Attempting to circumvent payment (e.g., via chargebacks to retain access) will result in immediate account suspension.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law in India.

Reporting Violations

We rely on our community to help keep AILexityTedo safe and authentic. If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these Terms, please report it immediately.

How to Report

• In-platform: Use the "Report" option available on every post, comment, profile, and job listing.
• Email: For urgent violations (CSAM, threats of violence, large-scale fraud), email us directly at tedo@ailexitytedo.com with subject line "URGENT: Content Violation".

What Happens After You Report

• All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
• We aim to action urgent reports (CSAM, threats, doxxing) within 2 hours.
• Standard reports are reviewed within 72 hours.
• We will notify you of the outcome where possible, subject to privacy constraints.
• Filing false or malicious reports against other users is itself a violation of these Terms.

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, enforcement actions include: content removal, warning, temporary suspension (1–30 days), permanent account ban, and referral to law enforcement.

Intellectual Property

All platform design, software, branding, logos, and non-user content are the exclusive intellectual property of Ailexity Technology Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

The name "AILexityTedo", the brand mark, and all associated trademarks are owned by Ailexity Technology Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorised use of our brand or trademarks is strictly prohibited.

If you believe content on AILexityTedo infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA/copyright notice to tedo@ailexitytedo.com with full details of the alleged infringement.

Third-Party Services

AILexityTedo integrates the following third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service:

• Google OAuth — Authentication. Governed by Google's Terms of Service.
• Razorpay — Payment processing on the website. Governed by Razorpay's Terms of Service. We do not store payment card data.
• Google Play Billing & RevenueCat — In-app purchases in the Android app. Governed by Google Play's Terms of Service.
• Cloudinary — Media storage and delivery.
• Resend — Email delivery (sign-in codes, alerts, receipts, notices).
• Google Gemini (Vertex AI) — AI-powered features including Ask Tedo and content analysis.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging & Expo — Push notifications.

We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services. Disruption of a third-party service does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AILexityTedo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ailexity Technology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of data, revenue, or reputation resulting from platform downtime or content removal.
• Actions, content, or conduct of other users of the platform.
• Accuracy or completeness of job listings, user profiles, or project claims.
• Decisions made by employers or candidates based on platform content.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Upon deletion, your profile, posts, and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms.
• Engaged in behaviour harmful to other users or the platform community.
• Provided false information during registration or on your profile.
• Attempted to circumvent payment obligations or chargebacks.
• Been subject to legal process or law enforcement requests.

Terminated accounts are not entitled to a refund of any remaining subscription period, except where required by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of AILexityTedo shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by emailing us. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or platform policies. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via in-platform notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
